We recommend you always line the bottom of your Kadai with Kadai Beads. Easy to clean, they do not hold water and are a fantastic insulator. The bag contains 5 litres of Beads, enough for a 60cm bowl. For a 70cm bowl we recommend 7.5 litres and for an 80cm bowl we recommend 10 litres.
